Why is London one of our top 10 destinations? 

It could be how intertwined our history is with London.

Or, it could be how it has long been known as a center for literature, arts and theater - there are at least 40 theaters in London.  Then there is the world renowned British Museum, National Gallery and British Library – just to name a few.

Perhaps it is a curiosity with a Royal monarchy?  Westminster Palace with the iconic Big Ben and The Tower of London – that invoke fantasies about wealth and power and also a stark reminder of the misuse of wealth and power.

Or maybe it’s because of its diversity in peoples, culture and religion not seen in many cities – it is reported nearly 300 languages can be heard in the city.

Maybe it’s because London established itself over the centuries as the transportation hub of the North Atlantic.  The trade and commerce brings together so many commodities, that London is a world center for fashion and shopping.

Whatever the reason, nearly 15 million international visitors visit London each year making it the most “traveled to” city in the world.
